The refund process of the room price for a second room, which I had cancelled free of charge! It was a drama without end, totally bureaucratic and cost me half a holiday and a lot of nerves! Never again!

Everything is perfect, the room is luxury and amazingly comfortable with a perfect view and a/c, for instance. The location is favourable, in the heart of the city.

Fairly clean place and excellent location, appreciated very very helpful and amazingly nice staff. Location: the hotel was really close to the main attractions of Petrópolis, the Cathedral, and the main church. It was a couple of blocks away from Carius Burger, where you can have dinner. When we checked in, a double room with a balcony was ready.

We loved the central location of the hotel, it was just a stone's throw away from various restaurants, the palace, and transportation. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the staff was wonderful and spoke English. We appreciated the valet parking service and the fact that the hotel was clean throughout.
